Visitors to So Many Books may have recently noticed a new gizmo tucked under Stefanie's comment box:
The gizmo is the amazing new coComment comment tracker. This neat little tool collects comments on any blog posts you specify in one place, so you can follow the conversation without having to recheck each post you're interested in. All you have to do is download a bookmarklet (IE) or extension (Firefox) and the little gizmo will magically appear beneath comment boxes with just a click (or no click in Firefox).
There are ways to integrate coComment with your own blog (as Stefanie has done) so that anyone can track comments without installing the coComment bookmarklet/extension, but I haven't figured out how to do that with Typepad. Any javascript experts out there want to help me out?
